Supervision Service

Jianli service has normally the following stages:

Stage1
1.The project supervision service has the relevant supervision qualification and is entrusted by Party A. According to the national laws and regulations as well as technical standards about construction,supervision contract and other project construction contracts, following the law-abiding, honest, fair and scientific supervision criteria, the project supervision service shall monitor the project construction of Party B on behalf of Party A to ensure the quality, progress, investment benefit and safety of the project construction.

Stage2
2. Starting from the formulation of construction project supervision plan, the implementation rules of each specialties and the establishment of supervision team mainly composed of ChiefSupervision Engineer.

Stage3
3. During the service period, review, approve and sign various reports, project implementation technologies and procedures, budget and settlement, engineering change documents, etc.; inspect the construction site and stand by various process nodes, call on-site meetings, issue supervision notice and rectification notice, etc.; implement independent sampling inspection, standard test, joint acceptance and signature inspection opinions from raw material mobilization to final completion; during the period, coordinate the interests and works of all parties within the project, the interests and cooperation of external parties, and the implementation of the requirements of various government administrative departments on the project.

Stage4
4. Through the above series of efforts to complete the control objectives of the project and complete the internal and external preparation for the project to be put into use. Finally, submit the archives of supervision work from original records, signed documents to supervision work summary to the owner.

The final results obtained by the joint efforts of supervision service and other project parties can be an organic unity to meet the owner's economic benefits, the social benefits and the environmental benefits, recognized by the owner and also by the government departments.
