Civil Engneer
岗位职责
  • 1.Review all of civil engineering drawings in the project
  • 2.Coodination of units for design, supervision and construction, solving timely the technical problems in the construction process
  • 3.Quality control，monitoring of units work based on the design, specification and standards to guarantee the construction quality
  • 4.Schedule control，audit of schedule modification，following the overall schedule plan to make detail schedules with contractors and monitoring the schedule implementation
  • 5.Management of safety, supervision of construction units to work safely and civilized
  • 6.Costs control, audit of engineering changes, monitoring implementation of the changes
  • 7.Participation in stage and completion acceptances，list rectifications and track their implementation
工作资质
  • 1.Undergraduate and above, specialized civil or related engineering study background
  • 2.More than six years of civil engineering related work experience
  • 3.Know very well process and organization of site construction
  • 4.Familiar with the existing national and local construction specifications
  • 5.Skilled use of office software
  • 6.Good English skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing
  • 7.Good communication and teamwork
  • 8.Preferred with work experience in foreign companies
